Almost Convex Economics LLC (ACE) is a consulting firm focused on helping clients with economic and statistical analysis. ACE specializes in database development and econometrics in support of litigation.

At ACE, data is King. When combined with the best legal services, a statistically valid, evience-based approach is the key to complex litigation.

We approach each project with an eye to finding the simplest, most understandable arguments which will prevail.  We avoid "the sheen of erudition"--if the econometrics become too complex for jurors to understand, we'll look for a more straightforward method.

Our consultants have helped many clients perfect the data side of their matters.  ACE personnel have worked on some of the largest glamor-cases of the past twenty years, as well as many other contaminated property, antitrust and intellectual property engagements.

The stanard for work quality at ACE is perfection.  This quality stanard may not make sense in other contexts, but in our adverserial system it does.  Data or methodological errors in work performed by ACE personnel have never been identified at trial.
